We’re looking for a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Keystone Orthodontics in Shrewsbury. Candidates must be a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania. Candidates without minimum experience need not apply!

-The Basic Responsibilities-

• Be the best part of the patients’ day
• Preparing for patients
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Taking diagnostic records and itero scanning
• Assisting the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures
• Independently carrying out prescribed treatment
• Building relationships with patients while providing education regarding their treatment.
• Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient
• Support clinical efficiency and contribute to a smooth daily workflow

-What Can You Bring To Our Team-

• Current EFDA license in the state of Pennsylvania (Required)
• 2 or more years of experience in dental or orthodontic assisting (orthodontics strongly preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Creativity and problem-solving ability
• Established chair-side manners.
• Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Prior experience is required.
