What You’ll Do
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy
dental practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support front office/admin teams
- Oversee appointment flow, financial coordination, and patient relations
- Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and state compliance
- Manage team training, onboarding, and performance development
- Handle scheduling, staff meetings, and conflict resolution
- Drive patient satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and office performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in the dental field
- 2–4 years in a management or supervisory role
- Experience with Denticon or similar dental software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Enthusiastic leadership style and patient-first mindset
Additional Info
- Must be available to work on-site in Sussex, DE
- This is not a remote role
- Occasional after-hours communication may be required
