We are thrilled to announce the return of Dr. Christina Bowman, who has rejoined us after welcoming her third son, into the world! Dr. Bowman has been a cherished member of our team at The Center for Airway & Facial Development, and we are delighted to have her back providing exceptional care to our patients.
Dr. Bowman has been an integral part of our team at AFD, earning the trust and admiration of countless families with her patient-centered approach. Starting next week, she will resume seeing patients at AFD, continuing her mission to provide exceptional care.
But that’s not all—her reach is expanding! Dr. Bowman will also join the Concord Dental team, offering her pediatric expertise to families in Northern Delaware. She will be practicing at Concord Dental two days a week, ensuring even more children in our community receive the compassionate, personalized care she’s known for.

Dr. Bowman’s career has been driven by a deep commitment to helping children grow and flourish. After completing her pediatric dental residency at Temple University Hospital, her experiences as a mother gave her an even deeper appreciation for the intricate connections between structure, function, and overall development. This perspective has shaped her holistic approach to care, with a strong focus on early intervention and addressing root causes to create long-term benefits for her young patients.
Since joining the FDHS family, Dr. Bowman has cared for children of all ages with a unique blend of skill, compassion, and a dedication to improving their health and well-being.
