We are looking to add a Treatment Coordinator/Administrative Team Member to support our team with creating a top-notch patient experience, financial coordination, and other business team support initiatives.

We are looking for a Patient Care Concierge & Treatment Coordinator that wants to be part of our growing team and help continue to expand treatment offerings and services to all our patients. Given our growth, we are seeking a full time Patient Care Concierge & Treatment Coordinator with the following attributes:

● Previous work experience as a patient concierge, administrative team member, and/or treatment coordinator in healthcare field
● Commitment to delivering a WOW patient experience
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and present treatment plans with financial options to assist patients with proceeding with treatment.
● Utilize appropriate methods of patient financing
● Receive and manage incoming inquiries from new patients, ensuring appointments are scheduled in accordance with availability and practice protocols.
● Manage and perform front desk duties including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling patient appointments, and handling patient inquiries
● Accurately calculate collection and posting of patient payments
● Support growth of office with tasks such as provider outreach, patient follow-ups, and supporting practice development/marketing efforts
Skills and Experience:
● 1-3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Team member and/or Treatment Coordinator (Medical or Dental)
● Strong customer service mindset and ability
● Ability to understand importance of and thus present and sequence basic & complex treatment plans
● Possess empathy towards patients
● Utilize every patient contact as an opportunity to advance patient care
● Must believe in the importance of health for overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of patient
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, while maintaining ability to multitask
● Clinical experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
● Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm), some additional hours available on Fridays as needed
● No weekends
